  • Our careful market research ensures that your home or property is listed at the correct price, neither too high nor too low, and that you are advised of changes in the market while it is listed.
  • Information about your home or property will be uploaded to the Edmonton Real Estate Board Database so other Real Estate Agents are aware that it is on the market.
  • A keybox will be installed to track all showings. Signs and directional arrows will be put up at key locations and photos of your property will be taken.
  • You will receive colour Feature Sheets for potential Buyers during showings, so they remember your home after a long day.
  • 'Just Listed' flyers will be designed and sent out to households in your area.
  • The news that your home is now "On the Market" will be emailed to our select list of Buyers
  • All potential Buyers will be accompanied by a licensed Realtor, so you never have to be alone with a stranger in your home.
  • We follow up on showings, and we will report any comments and concerns back to you
  • We expertly assist you in the negotiation process, and advise you of conditions that should be written into a Sales Agreement.
  • You will receive a clear explanation of all contracts you sign.
  • You will be protected by the legal obligations that bind all Realtors.
